  1. 28 August 2014
    Preparation for construction
    Preparation of the 8.27 ha site for construction: deconstruction of the buildings, facilities and utilities. In line with the green construction technology, all waste and materials made available in process re-used in accordance with city needs.
  2. 15 September 2014
    Preparation of site continues
    Total of 480 thou.m3 of soil excavated on site, exceeding excavation during construction of shopping mall «Stolica» in Minsk.
  3. 15 October 2014
    Geotechnical survey in progress
    Geotechnical survey launched.
  4. 2 November 2014
    Disassembly complete
    Site ready for construction work.
  5. 1 December 2014
    Start of design work
    Geotechnical survey complete, site levelled.
  6. 1 March 2015
    Design «Stage A»
    Temporary ring road construction. Start of pit excavation. Excavation depth - up to 20 m.
  7. 15 March 2015
    Bentonite plant installation
    Trenches filled with bentonite to prevent collapse of walls. Start of excavation shoring with diaphragm wall.

    Construction of guide wall for the slurry.
